Great customer service is my number one priority! I am sure you will be 100% satisfied with your paint and other products, but if for some reason your parcel arrives damaged or you have a problem with the product, please contact me at the information below:

Refunds

Unfortunately, if you are not pleased with the colour of your paint, I am not able to refund your money if the paint bottle has been opened. I recommend ordering a colour chart or tester sizes of paint to help you make the perfect colour choice.

Returns

I will accept returns on unopened paint or products within 30 days from the time of your purchase. You are responsible for the cost of mailing it back to me and once I have received the item(s), I will give you a full refund for the item(s) returned.
